Advisors


  • Participation is complimentary for a select group of approx 18-20 Luxury Travel Advisors.
  • Spend 4 nights in single occupancy accommodations in a luxury hotel with breakfast included daily.
  • Attend 3 mornings of 20-minute hotel/on-site/DMC presentations in the accommodation hotel and 3 afternoons of cultural experiences hosted by on-sites/DMCs.  Ground transportation between the hotel and the experiences is included.
  • Attend a welcome cocktail and canape gathering and a closing cocktail and canape gathering with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Attend a 20-30-minute discussion about best practices for selling the destination with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Flights, unmentioned ground transportation, travel insurance, lunches, and dinners are not included.
02.

Presenters

Hotels, On-Sites, and DMCs
  • Present to one group of approx 18-20 luxury travel advisors during one 20-minute session.  Use any format you prefer (PPT, interactive, question and answer, etc).
  • On the day of your presentation, you are invited to attend one local experience in the afternoon with 3-4 Advisors.  Ground transportation between Advisors' hotel and the experiences is included.
  • Attend a welcome cocktail and canape gathering and a closing cocktail and canape gathering with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Attend a 20-30-minute discussion about best practices for selling the destination with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Accommodations, flights, unmentioned ground transportation, travel insurance, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are not included.

Experience Hosts

On-Sites and DMCs:
  • Showcase your expertise, connections, and a slice of the local culture by hosting 1 or more experiences.  Each experience should be provided twice per day (1:30pm to 3pm and 3:30pm to 5pm) for 3 days, for 3-4 Advisors and 1 Presenter per experience time.
  • Attend a welcome cocktail and canape gathering and a closing cocktail and canape gathering with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Attend a 20-30-minute discussion about best practices for selling the destination with all Advisors, Presenters, and Experience Hosts.
  • Accommodations, flights, unmentioned ground transportation, travel insurance, breakfasts, lunches, dinners are not included.
